Welcome to the Foothill Citrus Soccer Officials web site.

FCSOA is one of 10 Units of the Southern California Soccer Officials Association ( SCSOA ).

Our Unit is responsible for providing soccer officials

for over 1900 high school soccer games for the CIF-SS.

Our area of coverage stems

from the west side of San Gabriel at the 605 Fwy. to the East at the 15 Fwy.

We provide comprehensive training for entry

level & returning officials. If you are interested in
